Fallbrook Healthcare District (FHD) is a local special district. It is a single function, non-enterprise, independent government agency serving a defined geographic area. As a non-enterprise district, serving the geographic area comprised of Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow and DeLuz its source of revenue is Property Tax Apportionment. FHD is focused on preventative health and wellness.

Women Of Wellness (WOW) Purpose: To educate women in matters of physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being by offering a variety of monthly programs for women of all ages regarding health and wellness choices for themselves and their families. |

Community Collaborative for Health & Wellness Committee (CCHW)
Meets the 3rd Monday or each month at the Fallbrook Public Utility District from 9:30am-10:30am. CLICK HERE or the image above for recent presentation resources.

Purpose: Bring together representatives from various healthcare and health related organizations or agencies of the Fallbrook community. Meets once a month in an informal setting to identify, discuss, gain and/or give information and to initiate or recommend action on matters of concern to the health and well-being of the community. |
Community Resource Directory
Purpose: A one stop shop for all of the services available to the Fallbrook community. Each year in January, the Resource Directory is revised and republished. The Community Resource Directory is distributed to clinics, businesses, churches, civic groups, clubs, schools, fire station, sheriff station and more.
